My employer signed me up to take a course. How do I get started?

Congratulations on having an employer who wants to invest in your education! Follow the instructions below to get started on your learning journey:

  1. Locate your registration email
  2. Use the login information provided in the email to access your account
  3. Launch the course

  1. My employer enrolled me in this class. I have a username and password. When i sign in It defaults to the page that says I am not signed up

    1. Hi Brenda. This is possible a caching issue. Can you try clearing your cache and/or trying an incognito browser to see if this solves the issue. If the issue persists please click the thought bubble in the bottom right corner of our site and click the “ask’ button. Send a note to our support team and they will continue to investigate.
