Refunds for payments for courses will be provided only after the customer provides a detailed explanation of the reason for the request. Requests for refunds can be made through the website or LMS. Refunded payments could take 3-7 days to be processed.

Courses will be assigned to specific users for certification purposes. Courses may be reassigned to a different user if the course has not already been accessed by a previous user. If the course has been accessed, regardless of completion, the course cannot be reassigned, transferred, and the cost will not be refunded.

All courses purchased do not expire before the course is registered and/or assigned to an individual user. Once a course is assigned to a user, the user has 180 days to complete the course.  If the course is not completed during this time, the course will expire and will no longer be accessible. Expired courses are not transferable or refundable.

The training courses and all content therein are the intellectual property of The Fair Housing Institute, Inc. and are licensed to the named individual user to whom the course is assigned for only a single use.  A single-use is defined as the act of taking the course via The Fair Housing Institute Academy LMS platform and passing the exam with an 80% or higher.  A license, unless otherwise indicated, applies only for one use by one individual user.   Once the exam has been passed for any course, the corresponding certificate of completion will be made available to the individual user and shortly thereafter, the course will no longer be accessible to the user.  Sharing, broadcasting, recording, copying, distributing, or any action or attempt to use or maintain these courses in any manner or for any purpose other than their intended purpose is strictly prohibited.
